Agreement and operating party

By creating an account, reserving spaces or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Content Policy. If you act for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

Eligibility and account security

• You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction, register with accurate required details, accept the current Terms and provide a working email address you control.
• Registered accounts may use a password or a secure single-use email link. Where email verification is enabled, the account must be confirmed before normal use.
• You are responsible for choosing a strong password, protecting email and session access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. The application delegates password hashing and authentication to Supabase and never stores a readable password.
• Do not automate purchases, evade rate limits, interfere with another reservation or use the service to test stolen payment credentials.

Spaces and the right you receive

One space is an indivisible 10 × 10 pixel unit on a finite 1,000 × 1,000-space map. A new purchase must contain at least 10 spaces in one grid-aligned rectangle.

A completed order grants a limited, non-transferable and revocable contractual right to display one policy-compliant creative in that rectangle while the service operates. An external destination link is optional and, when supplied, appears only from the block’s internal information page. It is not ownership of land, website code, the domain, physical pixels, intellectual property in the platform, a security, an investment or a promise of resale value.

No traffic, clicks, search ranking, revenue, appreciation, uninterrupted display period or permanent operation of the website is guaranteed.

Selection, price and ten-minute reservations

• The server calculates the space count and total price from the stored rectangle. Client-side previews and price displays are informative until confirmed by the server.
• A reservation lasts 10 minutes. Manual drawing starts that reservation before the editor opens. During that period its anonymous geometry is shown as temporarily unavailable and overlapping orders are blocked.
• During the final two minutes of a manual-drawing reservation, you may request one 10-minute extension. The session can never exceed 20 minutes from its original start, and preview or checkout steps do not restart the clock.
• A draft or reservation does not grant publication rights. An expired rectangle may immediately be reserved by somebody else.
• A late or mismatched payment never displaces an active owner. It enters payment-conflict review for manual resolution and, where appropriate, refund.

Orders and payment

Real payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. The platform does not store complete card numbers. An order is accepted only after a verified payment event matches the stored owner, checkout session, currency, amount and active reservation.

The checkout displays the full price before redirecting to Stripe. Completing Stripe Checkout creates an obligation to pay the displayed amount.

Artwork and owner responsibilities

• Upload only artwork, names, descriptions and links you are legally entitled to use and publish.
• Files must satisfy the published format and size limits. The service re-encodes the accepted creative as a sanitized PNG with the exact purchased pixel dimensions.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of claims in the creative and, if you add an external destination, for keeping it lawful, secure and consistent with the Content Policy.
• You retain rights in your creative. You grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, resize, reproduce, display and technically process it only as needed to operate, secure, promote and document the service.

Immediate publication and reverse moderation

After verified payment and successful asset publication, the creative becomes public without routine prior human approval. Publication is not an endorsement or confirmation that the content is lawful.

The operator reviews new and reported material retrospectively. To protect users or comply with law, it may promptly hide a creative or disable a destination while the matter is assessed. Material decisions are recorded and the owner receives a reason through the account or configured contact channel.

Changes, suspension and cancellation

• After publication, the owner may initiate one image change every rolling 30 days. The first voluntary change is available immediately. Using it starts a 30-day cooldown enforced by the server; unused changes do not accumulate.
• An administrative change request hides the current creative but keeps the rectangle occupied. The owner may submit a compliant replacement immediately at the original exact dimensions. A required correction does not consume or reset the owner’s monthly allowance.
• Every replacement publishes immediately, remains subject to reverse review and keeps the original coordinates, dimensions, number of spaces and purchase price.
• The operator may disable access, reject a replacement or begin cancellation for policy breaches, legal requests, fraud, security risk or repeated non-compliance.
• Cancellation changes the order to refund pending and keeps the rectangle unavailable until any required refund is confirmed. Inventory and the order’s Owner Number are released for future use only when the order becomes refunded; the refunded order remains in private audit records.
• For a serious policy, safety, fraud or legal violation, an administrator may permanently remove the space record, artwork, public history and project Owner identity in any order state. Its rectangle and any numeric Owner Number return to the available pools. This website action does not itself issue, reverse or erase a Stripe transaction; any payment remedy is handled separately under applicable law and the refund process.
• Urgent removal may happen before the owner responds. A reconsideration request does not require unsafe or allegedly illegal material to be restored while review is pending.

Refunds, withdrawal and mandatory rights

Refund eligibility depends on the reason, order state, applicable law and any separately published refund information. Approved real-money refunds are returned through Stripe; processing time may depend on the payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Rules for withdrawal from an online service or personalized digital output vary by jurisdiction and by when performance begins. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law controls.

Creator and affiliate program

• A normal registered member may apply for creator access. Referral tools activate only after manual approval and may be rejected, suspended or removed without deleting the normal account.
• An approved creator link stores a privacy-conscious attribution for the configured period. The latest valid creator referral wins. Creators cannot earn commission on their own purchases, free allocations, tests, refunds or non-revenue administrative grants.
• Commission is calculated server-side from the eligible product subtotal after discounts and excluding tax. The rate is captured when the purchase is attributed, so later rate changes do not rewrite historical commission records.
• Commission remains pending during the configured hold period and becomes available only while the underlying order remains valid. Refunds and chargebacks may cancel unpaid commission or create an auditable negative adjustment after payment.
• Creator payouts are manual, require the configured minimum available balance and may require reasonable identity, tax or payment details before external payment. Dashboard figures are operational records and may be corrected through visible adjustments rather than deletion.
• A free creator space is optional, has no cash value, creates no sales revenue and is assigned, moved, resized or revoked only by an administrator. The creator may control compliant artwork inside the assigned rectangle but cannot expand or move it.
• Creator grants use a named project identity in the form “Owner #Name” and do not consume the sequential numeric Owner Numbers reserved for completed customer acquisitions.

Availability and changes to the service

The operator may maintain, secure, repair or modify the service and may change technical presentation without changing the stored rectangle. Outages, browsers, networks, third-party services, backups or force-majeure events may temporarily affect display or redirects.

If the service is discontinued, the operator will apply applicable law and any launch-version closure policy. Descriptions such as “permanent” express the product’s intended fixed-map concept, not a guarantee that hosting can never end.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and the operator is not responsible for third-party destinations, owner claims, expected audience, indirect loss or business outcomes. The operator remains responsible wherever liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any applicable rights relating to intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer protection.

You are responsible for losses reasonably caused by your unlawful content, lack of required rights, fraud or deliberate interference with the service, subject to applicable law.

Complaints, reconsideration and disputes

Send complaints, payment questions and moderation reconsideration requests to support@milliondollarwebsite.net. Include your account email, order identifier, the decision challenged and supporting information. Do not send card details or passwords. The operator should acknowledge the request, review it objectively and provide a reasoned outcome without charging a complaint fee.

The parties should first try to resolve the matter directly. Consumers retain access to any competent statutory alternative-dispute-resolution body and court available under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration or waive a non-waivable right to judicial redress.

Changes to these Terms

Material changes should be dated and communicated before they apply. Changes do not retroactively alter completed payment amounts or remove mandatory rights. Continued use after a notified future effective date constitutes acceptance only where applicable law permits it.
