Platform rules
Content policy
The canvas publishes after verified checkout and is reviewed retrospectively. These rules apply to artwork, titles, descriptions, account behavior and every destination reached through the platform.
01
The baseline
- Content must be lawful, honestly presented, safe to open and suitable for a broad general audience.
- The creative and metadata must honestly describe the owner, project, product or message. If an external destination is supplied, it must remain consistent and must not use bait-and-switch behavior.
- Publication is automatic after verified checkout, but every item remains subject to retrospective review, user reports and lawful requests.
02
Generally allowed
- Original logos, illustrations, pixel art, photography, portfolios, product pages, cultural projects and non-deceptive campaigns.
- Commercial promotion for lawful goods and services when claims are accurate and required qualifications or disclosures are visible.
- Parody, criticism and political or social expression that is lawful, clearly contextualized and does not cross the safety rules below.
03
Illegal and exploitative material
- No child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, grooming or content that facilitates abuse.
- No instruction, solicitation or facilitation of serious criminal activity, terrorism, illegal weapons, controlled substances or stolen goods.
- No content that unlawfully violates sanctions, court orders, regulatory restrictions or another binding legal obligation.
04
Safety, dignity and broad-audience limits
- No credible threats, encouragement of violence, targeted harassment, doxxing, blackmail or praise of violent extremist acts.
- No hateful dehumanization or exclusion targeting protected characteristics, and no symbols used primarily to intimidate protected groups.
- No graphic gore, explicit sexual content, sexual services, content sexualizing minors or material promoting self-harm.
- No rapidly flashing or deliberately disorienting creative intended to cause harm or make the map unusable.
05
Deception and harmful commerce
- No phishing, credential theft, malware, unwanted downloads, abusive tracking, fake system warnings or deceptive redirects.
- No impersonation, fabricated endorsements, fake scarcity, guaranteed-return claims, pyramid schemes or materially misleading financial, medical or legal claims.
- No promotion of counterfeit goods or regulated products in a way that evades applicable age, licensing, location or disclosure requirements.
06
Rights, identity and privacy
- Do not upload trademarks, copyrighted works, publicity rights or other protected material unless you have permission or another lawful basis.
- Do not disclose personal, confidential or payment information without a lawful reason and the necessary consent.
- Do not falsely present yourself as another person, business, public authority or platform representative.
07
Creative and destination requirements
- Uploads must be valid PNG, JPEG or WEBP files within 10 MiB and 12 megapixels. Animation is not supported. The published asset is a sanitized PNG at the exact purchased dimensions.
- An external destination is optional. When supplied, it must use HTTP or HTTPS, must not contain embedded credentials and must remain safe throughout the publication period.
- A destination may be disabled when its ownership, content or behavior changes, even if the original creative remains unchanged.
- Do not attempt to bypass processing, hide executable content in an image, probe private storage or interfere with map availability.
08
Review and proportionate enforcement
Moderators consider the content, destination, context, severity, likelihood of harm, owner history and whether a narrower measure can address the problem. Urgent safety or legal risks may be hidden immediately.
- No action when the content complies or available evidence is insufficient.
- Temporary link disablement or creative hiding while a report is assessed.
- A reasoned change request that keeps the purchased spaces occupied.
- Disablement, account restriction or cancellation for serious or repeated violations.
- Permanent removal of the space, artwork, public record and project Owner identity when serious policy, safety, fraud or legal concerns make retention inappropriate. The exact rectangle and any numeric Owner Number may then be reassigned.
- Refund handling and inventory release according to the Terms; cancellation alone never creates an overlapping claim.
09
Notice, replacement and reconsideration
An affected owner receives the moderation state and reason through the account or contact channel. The owner may submit a compliant exact-size correction immediately or request reconsideration at support@milliondollarwebsite.net with the order identifier and relevant evidence. Administrative corrections do not consume the separate once-per-30-days owner image change. Every replacement publishes immediately but is reviewed again.
Reconsideration should be handled by reviewing the original reason, the owner’s explanation and any new evidence. Safety removal may remain in place during review. A reasoned outcome should identify whether the decision is upheld, modified or reversed and describe any further complaint route required by applicable law.
10
Reports and abuse of process
Report suspected violations to support@milliondollarwebsite.net with the map location, owner page or order identifier, the specific rule involved and supporting evidence. Do not include passwords, full payment-card data or unrelated personal information.
Knowingly false, duplicative or harassing reports may be deprioritized or restricted. Good-faith reports and good-faith appeals do not by themselves justify retaliation.
